The question of the bottomless depth and suffering, as well as of the human soul’s persistence, is the line of inspiration connecting Rilke’s poem “Orpheus. Euridice. Hermes.” (based upon the ancient Greek myth) to the necessity of Blue Theatre’s members to explore human soul within the experience of horrible and dramatic moments of our time, today, at the end of 20th century when mind leaves to the soul the sole option of suffering.
What happens to the soul, to that irrational part of human being when it fears to look at the sky, the very source and aim of its energy?
